Returns
At Casa Marisol, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards across all products.
We accept returns under limited conditions.
To be eligible:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Items must be in perfect, resellable condition
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Gift sets with damaged or incomplete packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
Store Credit
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns are issued as:
- Store credit only
- Valid for 12 months
- Issued after inspection of returned items
Store credit is:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
Size Exchanges
We allow size exchanges only, subject to availability.
To request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Conditions:
- Item must meet return eligibility requirements
- Exchange is limited to the same product in a different size
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or import fees
Replacement items:
- Are processed after the returned item is received
- May require a new fulfillment timeline
Gift Orders
For gifted items:
- Store credit can be issued without price visibility
- Gift sets must be returned fully intact
Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
If approved:
- We will offer a replacement or store credit
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or claims for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in color or fabric perception
- Delivery delays caused by courier or customs
- Refused or undelivered shipments
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once:
- Processing has begun
- Or the order has been shipped
